YOOCHA MATCHA Chia Oatmeal Recipe

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

3g YOOCHA MATCHA® Premium Grade

25ml Hot water (70-80°C)

35g Rolled oats

5g Chia seeds

10ml Maple syrup

160ml Milk

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder to remove any clumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo matcha whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved & and a frothy layer forms on top.

2. In a jar, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.

3. Add the prepared matcha mix & maple syrup to the oats and chia seeds, and combine.

4. Pour the milk into the mixture and stir until everything is well combined. Make sure the oats & chia seeds are fully immersed in the liquid.

5. Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats & chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.

6. Give the mixture a good stir and top with your favorite fruits and enjoy!
