We offer organic ceremonial grade, the highest grade of matcha. And also offer 100% premium grade of Japanese matcha which is good for matcha drinks, baked goods, desserts.
Our matcha is sourced from certified farms in Japan.
We currently ship to United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Return Policy
You have the right to return any matcha accessory within 14 days after receipt of the order. Packaged matcha cannot be returned.
We will only accept returns of matcha accessories in their original condition and packaging.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order by emailing orders@yoochamatcha.com within 2 hours of placing it. We'll try our best to cancel it, but there's no guarantee if you wait longer.
To preserve the freshness and flavor of your matcha, store it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. It is best to keep matcha in a cool, dark place such as a pantry or cupboard. Once opened, we recommend consuming your matcha within 3-6 months for optimal taste and quality.
