Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice


3g YOOCHA MATCHA® powder


25ml Hot water (70-80°C)


1 tbsp pumpkin purée


½ tsp pumpkin spice


1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)


½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1 Put the whisk in hot water.


2 Sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder into a matcha bowl (approx. two bamboo scoops).


3 Add hot water, 70-80°C.


4 Whisk vigorously in an «M» until frothy.


5 In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk with the pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until warm and well combined.


6 Pour the warm milk mixture into the cup and add whisked matcha on top.


7 Top with a whipped cream & a dash of pumpkin spice, and enjoy this cozy fall-inspired treat!
