Matcha Lavender

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

2.5g YOOCHA MATCHA® Powder

30ml Hot water (70-80°C)

25ml Lavender syrup

100ml Soda water

10ml Agave

Ice cubes

Directions:

In a small bowl, sift YOOCHA MATCHA® powder to remove any clumps. Add hot water and whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved

2 Add agave syrup to the matcha mix. Stir well until the agave is completely incorporated into the matcha.

3 In a tall glass, add the lavender syrup and 50 ml soda, then top with ice

4 Gently pour the remaining soda water, and add finally add in the matcha mixture to create a nice layering effect
