Iced Mango Matcha Latte

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

2 scoops (2g) YOOCHA MATCHA® powder

⅓ cup mango purée

¾ cup milk of choice 

1 tbsp agave syrup (or sweetener of choice)

Ice cubes

Directions:

1 Put the whisk in hot water.

2 Sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder into a matcha bowl (approx. two bamboo scoops).

3 Add hot water, 70-80°C.

4 Whisk vigorously in an «M» until frothy.

5 Mash some mangoes, with sweetener to create a mango puree.

6 Pour in the mango purée, followed by ice cubes, then the milk of choice. 

7 Top with the matcha mixture and enjoy!
