Coconut Matcha Energy Bites

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Coconut yogurt (can substitute with any vegan/non-vegan yogurt)

1 tbsp Honey

2g YOOCHA MATCHA® powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

2/3 cup Coconut shreds

1/3 cup Almond flour

Directions:

1 Add the coconut yogurt, matcha, salt, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix well until combined.

2 Sprinkle in the coconut shreds and almond flour, mixing thoroughly. The mixture should be slightly crumbly and sticky.

3 Using about 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball and set aside on a plate. Repeat until the entire energy bite mixture is used up.

4 Store your coconut matcha energy bites in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy!
