Matcha White Hot Chocolate

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

3.5g YOOCHA MATCHA® Premium Grade

25ml Hot water (70-80°C)

45g White chocolate of choice

130ml Hot milk of choice

Directions:

1 In a small bowl, sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder to remove any clumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo matcha whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved & and a frothy layer forms on top.

2 In a saucepan, add some water and bring to a simmer.

3 Place a heat-safe bowl on top of the saucepan so it fits snuggly without touching the water.

4 Add the chocolate to the bowl. The steam from the lower saucepan gently heats the upper bowl where the chocolate is gradually melted

5 Stir until melted, then remove the bowl from the saucepan.

6 Add the hot milk to a mug, and add into it the white chocolate.

7 Finally, add the matcha to the mug and top it with marshmallow and whipped cream if desired!
