Matcha & Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

2g YOOCHA MATCHA® Premium Grade

Avocado

Half a Lemon juice

2 Slices Sourdough bread

To top: A few fresh or dried figs, sliced

A drizzle of honey

1 pinch of flaky salt

Directions:

1 In a bowl, combine the avocado, the lemon juice, and YOOCHA MATCHA® powder. Mash with a fork. If you want an extra creamy avocado mash, you can also do this step with a hand blender.

2 Toast your slices of bread.

3 Spread the avocado mash on each slice of bread.

4 Top with a few slices of figs, a drizzle of honey, and a pinch of flaky salt.
