Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

3g YOOCHA MATCHA® Premium Grade

25ml Hot water (70-80°C) not boiled

15ml Agave

90g Fresh strawberries

60ml Coconut milk

Ice Cubes

Directions:

1 In a small bowl, sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder to remove any clumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo matcha whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved & and a frothy layer forms on top.

2 Add agave syrup to the matcha mix, adjusting to your preferred sweetness. Stir well until the agave is completely incorporated into the matcha.

3 Blend the strawberries until you have a smooth strawberry puree.

4 Pour the strawberry puree into a glass, and then add ice. then milk, then matcha mixture. Stir well to combine the flavors.
