Iced Maple Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice


3g YOOCHA MATCHA® powder


25ml Hot water (70-80°C)


1 tbsp maple syrup


½ tsp vanilla extract


Ice cubes

Directions:

1 Put the whisk in hot water.


2 Sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder into a matcha bowl (approx. two bamboo scoops).


3 Add hot water, 70-80°C.


4 Whisk vigorously in an «M» until frothy.


5 Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract into the whisked matcha.


6 Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour your milk of choice over the ice.


7 Pour the matcha mixture over the milk and ice, and stir gently to combine.
