Caramel Matcha Latte

Get ready to stir our some magic in your kitchen with our easy-to-follow matcha recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice


3g YOOCHA MATCHA® powder


25ml hot water (70-80°C)


1 drop vanilla syrup

2 tbsp caramel sauce


Ice cubes

Directions:

1 Put the whisk in hot water.


2 Sift the YOOCHA MATCHA® powder into a matcha bowl (approx. two bamboo scoops).


3 Add hot water, 70-80°C.


4 Whisk vigorously in an «M» until frothy.


5 Stir in the vanilla syrup, and caramel sauce, whisking until fully combined.


6 In a glass, add ice cubes and pour in your milk of choice.


7 Add the whisked matcha mixture to the milk and stir gently.


8 Drizzle 2 tbsp of caramel sauce on the cup to decorate and enjoy!
